Pueblo Mascarat is a residential complex situated between the towns of Altea and Calpe, within the area of the prestigious Altea Hills Estate of the Costa Blanca, in the southern-most-point of Valencia. The urbanisation is set in a privileged location, the Mascarat mountain range backdrops the complex, which is situated beach-front in Altea bay, boasting wonderful views to the bay and Mediterranean Sea.
Pueblo Mascarat is mainly a marina and is well connected to the rest of the Costa Blanca and Valencia region. Alicante International Airport is just under an hour’s drive away. Valencia and its Airport is approximately one and a half hours drive. The main areas of the Costa Blanca Benidorm, Altea Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia are all within about an half hour drive on the main AP-7 highway.
